im not a doctor or anything so dont quote me..but maybe you pulled a muscle..i know after ive done activites such as lots of floor washing or vacumming i get pains there or after playing sports such a tennis. or maybe there is somethign more serious..i suggest getting it checked ovver by a doctor to make sure
