No there hasn't been a draw its only been 1 away from a draw
Yes there has, I know of at least one, NZ v's South Africa 1921 in Wellington, However it is extremely unlikely that there will ever be a 0-0 draw in the modern game. There are possibly other drawn tests in the early days, but not sure.
I havn't seen any matchs ending with 0-0. But I've seen in a Rugby league grand final 6-0
