Among the many
Seattle Mariners - 1996, 1997(6 players), 1999
Baltimore Orioles - 1996 (7 players)
White Sox - 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 (6 players), 2006, 2007, 2008 (6 players)
Cleveland - 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001 (6 players), 2005, 2007
Phillies - 2007
I am sure there are many more.
This year's Yankees could end up with 8 guys or more (3 more players with 15 or more). Possibly 9 if Melky Cabrera goes on a Homerun hitting binge to end the season (he has 11.)

Each team has nine players in the field when they are not batting,so at least 18. All the players on the roster could play at some time in the game. The number of players on the roster is 25, I think, during most of the season . It is allowed to be larger early in the season and late in the season .
Yes. Some professional baseball players in the MLB have new cleats for each game, especially in the post season. Most, however, will only go through one or two pairs for a whole season.
