Yes, in College Football that has happened about 150 times although only 5 times in the last 60 years. It was not all that uncommon in the late 19th century and early 20th century for a college team to score 100+ points in a game as there was a disparity in talent between many teams during that era.
The University of Michigan scored 100+ points several times at the start of the 20th century. In 1901, they defeated Buffalo 128-0, in 1902 they defeated Michigan State 119-0 and Iowa 107-0, and in 1904 they defeated West Virginia 130-0.
In 1916, Georgia Tech defeated Cumberland College 222-0 in the most lopsided game in the history of college football. They also defeated Mercer, 105-0, in 1914.
King College defeated Lenoir, 206-0, in 1922.
Penn State lost to Lehigh, 106-0, in 1889 and Wisconsin-Whitewater (who has played in six consecutive Division III championship games (2005-2010) and won three) lost to Wisconsin, 106-0, in 1890.
In the last 60 years ...
1) Rockford defeated Trinity Bible, 105-0, in 2003.
2) Portland State defeated Delaware State, 105-0, in 1980.
3) Fort Valley State defeated Knoxville, 106-0, in 1969.
4) North Park defeated North Central, 104-32, in 1968. The 32 points scored in defeat is the most scored by a team that gave up 100+ points in a game.
5) Houston defeated Tulsa, 100-6, in 1968.
Georgia Tech beat Cumberland 222-0 in 1916.
