Shelly-Ann Fraser of Jamaica won the 100 meters in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China. She repeated her win in London in 2012 (only the third woman to repeat as Olympic Champion) and will continue to hold the Olympic title until the race is run again in the Olympics in 2016 in Rio de Janiero.
