Usain Bolt beat his own record a year after he broke his first record-breaking time which was 9.72. The second record time he had was 9.69 which he set in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China. Exactly a year later he broke the world record a very impressive third time. He is the only man so far to break this particular record 3 times. The record is now set at 9.58 seconds.

Depending on the person's age and physical capabilities (does not matter whether or not there male or female) it should be anywhere from 30 seconds - 60 seconds. If more than 60 seconds then its nothing to worry about it will come in time and practice - You can do it! If more than 60 seconds then by all means keep striving and excellent work and effort!
