That was Leroy Butler of Florida State in a game against Clemson in 1988. Florida State had a 4 down and 4 to go at its own 21 yard line with about a minute and a half to go in the 4th quarter. They lined up to punt but the ball was snapped to an up back who handed it to Leroy Butler who ran down the left side of the field all the way to the Clemson 4 yard line.
