The question seems to be answering a question more than seeking an answer.Is there discrimination in sports? There are some incredibly talented black atheletes in Basketball and football. They play the sport well and are paid well for their efforts. Should it be any different? If you are complaining because there do not seem to be enough whites, Hispanics or asians, perhaps you should just recognize that maybe the blacks who make it into pro sports are motivated and talented. Is that discrimination?The Williams sisters made it big in tennis. Is it because they are black or is it because they are good?Explain where the discrimination is and perhaps it would be possible to discuss the individual issues, but a flat statement like the one you posted, is evidence of poor understanding about the way life is.

There's been discrimination in sports. Like in the 1940's Baseball was discriminated with the black people [ Jackie Robinson was black, but he broke the "color barrier" with the help of Branch Rickey- Manager for Brooklyn dodgers], in America early 1900's in sports there were many sports discriminated. So you should go to the library and check up on books.

Yes there is a lot of it we saw it in the Barcelona game when they made monkey chants at Samuel Etoo and he walked of the field, and that club had to play two games under closed and empty stadium.

Yes. When a minority is the only minority on a team and that player is last to do things/drills in practice where the Coach designates the order and the order always places that person last. When coaches coach players but when the minority does the same activity they get no coaching or the coach walks away and does not even watch the player. When in baseball players are working on pitching and all coaches are present but when the minority, who is last again, gets up to pitch they all leave except maybe one coach. It exists when the minority is a very good athlete but yet everyone on the team has played in a game except him or had an opportunity to bat or an opportunity to pitch. It does exist and the problem at the high school level is administrators or AD's want to avoid the issue and state its the coaches decision to do with players what he thinks best. A coach has a right to run his team the way he wants but he should not be given the right to discriminate on race.
