is the one parts of playing badminton there are ex. the ace backhand and etc
the 2 common grips are the forehand and backhand
If you don't know this then you shouldn't play Badminton
A forehand shot in Badminton is where the shuttlecock is hit forward with the racquet without crossing the upper body as in a backhand shot.
generally when its behind him on his left hand side. also whenever its on his left hand side but you wouldn't call it a backhand shot either a backhand net or block
If you are able to hit the ball, using both forehand and backhand, then you're doing great. Those are the most basic hits used in badminton.
A backhand drop is a shot in sports like badminton and squash where the player hits the shuttlecock or ball softly and close to the front wall. To execute a backhand drop, the player uses a backhand grip and swings the racket with a downward motion to gently place the shuttlecock or ball near the front of the court.
when the ball comes on your backhand you would return it with your backhand. Don't always use your backhand though because as my coach told me. Backhand wins you points. Forehand wins you games and matches. Without a backhand you can't win though

Try doing serves as short as you can then long hits to the back (backhand is better) Also hitting the shuttle against the wall is good practice.
