If it is hollow yes it does. The smaller the hallow ball the less air fits into it making it bounce less well. Except of course if the materials are different in which case it is possible the smaller ball would be more bouncy. The bouncier it is the more bounces you would get without it rolling.

Bounce is caused by the elasticity of the material comprising the ball and the surface on which it is bounced.For example, on concrete a basketball will bounce higher than a baseball, but a golf ball--How high it bounces depends on how much force you exert on it. If you only let it drop, it will not bounce higher that the point you dropped it from and every time it bounces, it will go less and less high. anyway, the bigger the ball, the more force you will have to exert on it to make it bounce higher than the point it was dropped, or "bounced" from.

I don't believe so. Think of a basketball and a super ball. (I know, this is for example) Both of them bounce super high, and a baseball doesn't bounce. I think it depends on the air inside of it and not the size. Basketballs have air, super balls too, footballs bounce a little also.
