First, You wouldn't want to pull a muscle or get a cramp... Stretching usually prevents that from happening.

Second, Warming up is considered stretching. So i changed the Question from "Do you always stretch before warming up?" to Do you always stretch before Working out Playing Sports etc.?

If anybody is wondering.
