No. Statistics are broken out by regular season and postseason. Yardage or interceptions or such that is done in the postseason will count towards that player's career postseason stats.

Custom Games don't count towards your rank.

Devotion, perhaps? Devotion is determined by counting the mana symbols in the casting costs of permanents you control. Tokens do not have this, so a White token does not count towards your devotion to White.
Is the ebony mail still considered ebony armor?
The daedric artifact, 'Ebony Mail' will NOT give you a matching set bonus at all. It does count as ebony for the purposes of improvement bonuses from the Ebony perk on the Smithing tree. But it does not count towards the Matching Set perk, even if the other items you are wearing are ebony.

No, it does not count towards your kill streak. Chopper Gunner and AC130 do.
