We can lose as much of weight as we want. But we need 100% fasting support to do that. There should be a fasting coach who can guide you through. There are many books and websites which also give online support.
It all depends on how much effort you put into your weight lifting and how heavy and consistent you are.
Usually cardio exercise are better for weight loss than weight lifting. The amounts of calories you use up are very firmly related to how much and how long you get your heart rate up, and weight lifting just don't give that sustained increase in heart rate that something like jogging does.
On top of that is that you add weight by muscle growth when doing weights. Endurance exercises don't encourage muscle growth as much as weight lifting, which again makes it a better option when looking strictly at weight loss.
Not much, fasting doesn't work. If you want to lose weight do not eat any junk and do an elimination diet by not eating wheat. I know someone who is on the diet and has already lost a lot of weight!
All of it...you would be dead
Fasting isn't a viable way of losing weight. Whatever you lose you are more than likely to put back on once you start eating again.
If you fast long enough you can lose enough weight to die of starvation. But I don't recommend it.
Fasting, excercise and diet
Actually, you won't lose much weight because a five foot, five person who weighs 120 pounds is basically already at it's ideal weight, henceforth, it would be hard for a lean person to lose a lot of weight through fasting. Actually, the more overweight you are, the more weight you lose through fasting and overweight people lose lots of weight through fasting faster as well. :) Hope this helps!!
Yes
120 HAHA!
Uhhh dont starve youself pleasee!!!
Fasting won't help lose weight. It will actually make you gain. To lose weight all you have to do is eat balanced diet.
You will lose about 10 pounds in first week then it will drop to around 1-2 pound a day, and no you will not put it back on providing you eat healthily of course, water fasting is very beneficial not only for weight loss but for many other benefits.
Fasting is a very inefficient weight loss method. Whatever pounds you lose while fasting you are most likely to put right back on as soon as you start eating again. You're far better off sticking to a sensible diet and a sensible time plan for your weight loss goal..
