on the inside of your wheel there is a little nut screwed to the bolt on the trucks, use a wrench to tighten that
The use of a wrench is to tighten and loosen nuts and bolts.
Most trucks and wheels will fit on any deck.
I like Paris and Independence Trucks. These are for long boards. Use Randall trucks for trick boards.
they should be listed as either 4.75 inch trucks or 7.5 inch trucks
spanner or a torque wrench
A torque wrench, usually a power torque wrench
Plain And Simple.... Grind (The trucks will flex and slide after moderate non-extreme use. )
If you are talking about wheels to a deck, use trucks.
You wrap the strap around whatever you are taking off, then thread it into the wrench so it will tighten as you push.
You place the wrench end over the nut and turn in a clockwise direction to tighten it or the opposite to loosen it.
if regular you use right arm and grab board anywhere between the trucks
