No you do not. The only requirement is that you be two years past graduating age. There have been a few players over the years drafted out of semi pro leagues, players hwo never attended college. It is a rare occasion however, but many college players join the NFL before they receive their degree.

Realistically - most community colleges don't have football programs so you wouldn't be able to play college ball while going to school there.
