Yes, they're so you'll look pretty and sexy if your knickers are seen under your short white tennis skirt during a game, which will often happen as tennis skirts fly up a lot, especially when you're serving. I don't think they do. From what i see in women's tennis matches, they wear a variety of underwear that looks like the kind of underwear that could be worn on the street.
