It depends on the person you ask. Some people don't like tattoos while others love them. Personally, I don't like it when I see people who covered with tattoos, but that's just an opinion. Overall, I would say that some players havng some tattoos is no big deal, but if all the players had several, it would make the league look tacky and bad. Remember that skin tattoos aren't the only thing that make players' images look bad. There's also steroids, fights, and off-court behavior.
