In professional mens tennis only the four majors, or grand slams, are best of 5 sets. All of the other tournaments throughout the year are best 2 of 3 sets
In 2010 the mens, ladies, mens doubles, ladies doubles and mixed doubles were all won in straight sets!
Men play a maximum of 5 sets and Women play a maximum of 3 sets. Obviously in mens they play 3 sets only if one player wins all of the first 3 sets as the opponent can't come back with 2 sets left. Women play 2 at minimum for the same reason.

One particular outfit is chosen for a Grand Slam, which is to be worn during all matches of the Slam.
