In the regular season, yes. The Chicago Bears had 2 undefeated regular seasons. In 1934 they were 13-0 and in 1942 they were 11-0. However, in both seasons they lost the NFL championship game. In 1934, they lost to the New York Giants and in 1942 they lost to the Washington Redskins.
