With the death of Oakland Raiders longtime owner Al Davis, the fact that they're still playing in the Oakland-Alameda Coliseum (one of the last Football/Baseball stadiums left in the league), and the state of the art stadium being built for the 49ers within rock-throwing distance, chances are high that the Raiders will once again move back to L.A. The City of Oakland just cannot afford to finance a modern stadium, and the Raiders will continue to lose money unless they relocate.
