Hi i play for pro youth in Scotland and hav been scouted for several teams
all you really need to get scouted is
good with the football
can do a variety of different tricks
need to be fit
power
dribbling
110% work rate
if u would like to be the captain u defanitly need
to get along with your players
and mainly always be pausitive
...........
If you feel that u are all of those things above and u are still not being scouted from your school , boys club , church team etc . then u need to think if you are a complete stand out and think if someone came to see your team would they notice you ?

∙ 14y agoYes, people have got scouted even earlier than this. You may be invited to join an academy from where you can work your way up and possibly make it onto the first team. However at such a young age you will need to be a real talent to get noticed by a big club.
