If you use strength exercise to increase your muscle tissue, you will be heavier (all things being equal) because a given volume of muscle is heavier than that same volume of fat.

However, if you are using strength exercise correctly and eating correctly (healthy foods) as you train, you will simultaneously lose body fat. In other words, your body composition will significantly improve. By that, if you were to lose 10 or 20 pounds of fat while gaining 10 or 20 pounds of muscle, you would look far better, feel better, and be healthier even though your weight did not change

You will not gain more weight fat out weight muscle and muscle does not weight as much so keep strength exercise going.

Let me tell you weight gain can also be a struggle for some people I understand that completely and on the other hand today’s world everyone is talking about weight loss.

The key to gaining weight is to eat more calories than you burn every day I have noticed in my gym mates they are overweighted and most of them want to lose weight why??? Because I have noticed one common thing in all of them their profession is like they don't even have to leave their chair in the office working on computer whole day

The researchers studied the food habits and activity levels of 60,000 employees in India from different sectors like IT, banking, marketing etc. are overweighted.

Why I’m telling this to you??? because these people simply eat and work which is of course not easy and not everyone can do it. but here’s I want to show that calories don’t even spend because they physically not involved so they are overweight.

For gaining weight I suggest involve yourself in physical activities or take admission in the gym and take good calories every day. or you can check mottofit blog but ofcourse, without physically involved it will not lead you to gain weight and also try to eat frequently rather than one big meal.
