It depends what kind of girls. Even if golf needs s lot of comcentration, and some important stuff to have, some girls can see golf as more a sport that your grandparents would play. But usually girls like guys that play any sport (doesn't matter), so I'm sure it's going to be fine. It depends.

There are a few ways you could play, either phone the club and see their stance on non members playing. Play with a member, play in an open competition or be invited.
golf, relax, read, go for a walk, see grand kids (if they have them) and learn how to play an instument.
I think it depends on the YMCA. I brought my friend to work out with me and had no problem getting her in...the first time.. She had to fill out a little bit of paper work and provide her ID and no money was required. The second time (2 weeks later) I wanted to bring her again and was told that I could only bring the same guest once every six months and that there was no such thing as a "Guest/Visitor pass". I was a bit frustrated with this because I was told by anther lady who worked there that I could bring a guest 3 times within a 3 month time span. So I pulled up YMCA's website and they said I could bring a guest 3 times in a twelve month period (nothing about how I can't bring the same person or anything about 1 guest per 6 months). They did claim that the YMCA can decline or alter their policy a little bit. My best guess would be to check it out and just try and see what happens.
