I think that is possible. I mean it depends how old you are and how competitive you are. Like a middle school cheerleader might not know how to do one but i am sure that all college cheerleaders do.

∙ 11y agoEvery body is different, so it really just depends on your athletic ability and your gymnastic/tumbling skill. Doing flips and similar tumbling in gymnastics can be considered tough; however, if you have the right technique, it can be accomplished without much hassle.
The important thing is to have someone oversee you if you are flipping for the first time. Another tip: have courage. Will you do a perfect flip on your first try? If you're like most people, no. You will need to work at it to get it perfect, but the first time is always the hardest.

∙ 14y agoYes you do have to do stunts and tumbling in Cheerleading. But in some teams you either do one or the other. But most cheerleading teams do both.
