Yes, it will usually evaporate within an hour of getting out. If it doesn't, there are ear-drying drops out there. {Careful with these, though.}
Don't stick anything up your ear! You'd do more harm than good. If the ear-drying drops don't work out, use a hair dryer set on warm or cool.
