In accordance with the Laws of the Game, the referee has the athority to caution, and show the yellow card, or send off, and show the red card, from the moment he arrives at the pitch to the moment he leaves the grounds. He must report all cautions and expuslions and the events surrounding the caution or expulsion.

Yes. A player or substitute can be cautioned or sent-off before, during half time, and after a match. In general a card will only be shown when still in the vicinity of the field. Misconduct can occur elsewhere also, such as a parking lot, and will be included in the game report.

Yes he can but only if the game was not restarted yet, if the game was already restarted after the card has been shown the booking will still stand even if the referee has realized he made a mistake.

A player may be guilty of misconduct after the match is over.

If in the vicinity of the field, the procedure is the same and a card would be shown. If not in the vicinity of the field, then the conduct will be included in the match report with consequences the same as if a card were shown.

The referee may caution or send off a player even after the match has ended. Their authority extends from when they arrive, until they leave, and even somewhat after that.

Misconduct that happens away from the field of play will not result in a card shown but will be included in the match report. These offenses are punished the same as any misconduct on the field.

Yes. The authority of the referee extends well beyond the end of the match.

If the offense is still within the environs of the field, then a red card will be shown. If it is elsewhere, say the parking lot, then the offense will be written up in the match report and the, generally, the consequences will be the same as if it had taken place in the match.
