There is no set weight for a pitcher of beer. Different beers have different weights and so do different pitchers.

There are different amount of pitchers in a 40-man roster, whether you have 25 pitchers (in both the starting rotation and the bullpen) or just have 10, in any game, you can use all of your pitchers. However, you can't use a pitcher once they are taken out of the game.

For starting pitchers in MLB, that would be 4 games. Most MLB teams use a starting rotation of 5 pitchers. Each starting pitcher waits/rests arm while the other four take their turn. So, a starting pitcher in MLB would start every 1 in 5 games.

Pitchers come in different sizes- no one answer. Sorry-

Unfortunately, one pitcher isn't a standard measurement. There are different sized pitchers.

On average, there are about 11 to 13 pitchers on every Major League team. There are, on average, 5 starting pitchers, a closer (last-resort pitcher), a set-up pitcher (a pitcher who throws while the closer is still warming up, also the backup closer), 2 long relief pitchers (1st inning through 4th inning backup), and 3 middle relief pitchers (5th inning through early 8th inning backup). The starting pitchers are the pitchers that start pitching in the 1st inning. The pitching rotation is the order of determining what starter will start. The rest of the pitchers make up the bullpen.

You cant have two pitchers at the same time but during the game you can call time and swap the pitchers but the pitcher can not be catcher and the catcher can not be pitcher.

Yes. Each player selects his own pitcher.

The starting pitcher and any substitute must pitcher to a minimum of one batter, or have an Out made, before he can be replaced. Other than that, the Manager can change the pitcher whenever he wants to.
