There is no such thing as a left or right handed Bowling ball. When the ball is drilled the pattern will be based on the left hand or right hand measurements.

Is a Brunswick Rhino bowling ball better than a Brunswick Laser?

Any bowling ball is a tool that can be worthless if not fitted correctly, drilled with the right pattern for the bowler and has a surface condition that is appropriate for the condition bowled. Or it can be the best ball if the previous is right.

How do you you drill a bowling ball for lefthander?

A proshop operator drills a bowling ball the same way for left handed bowlers as they would a right handed bowler. Proshop operator use measurements for span, hole sizes and pitch angles based on the throwing hand. So they will measure the left hand for left handers and the right hand for right handers.

Why do you pull the bowling ball to the left?

It depends on if you're right handed or left. If right handed, it could be that your hand is rotating clockwise as you are delivering the ball, which is called a backup ball. As you are delivering the ball, try to only slightly turn the hand counter-clockwise or keep it in a position where as you release the ball, your thumb comes up between the 10-12 oclock position and fingers at the 4-6 position.

What size bowling ball do you need for a large thumb?

The size of the ball isn't important in your case--the size of the holes you have drilled in it is. If it's your ball, you can get whatever size holes drilled you need...so if you have a thumb two inches in diameter and you want to use a 12-pound ball, they can hook you up.

I just got my ball drilled and i was wandering if it is normal for a bowling balls thumb to be off center from the two fingerholes please help?

Yes it is. If you pretend you have your fingers in an imaginary bowling ball, you will see that your thumb naturally is off-centre to the fingers

How do you keep from pinching the thumb in your bowling ball?

Get a halfway decent drill. I'm assuming it happens right at the base of the thumb? What you probably need to get done is have the thumb hole moved a little right and up (if you're right handed) or if you're left handed get the thumb hole moved left and up.

What are some highly rated brands of bowling balls?

There are many different types of bowling balls to be used in bowling. For a beginner or a child the ball should be drilled to fit their hand at a local pro shop and if its a child the proper weight should be roughly 1/10 of their body weight. For a more advanced bowler the same applies that it should be drilled to their hand by the local pro shop, and any other needs can be met by different types of bowling balls (hook more or less).
