Yes, Spud Webb was 5 feet 7 inches and played in the NBA. He was known for being able to dunk easily for someone of his size. Nate Robinsion, a 5 feet 9 inches player for the New York Knicks just won the 2009 dunk contest over 6 feet 11 inch Dwight Howard. I stand at 5 feet 8 inches and my father stands at 5 feet 7 inches and we are both able to dunk.
ive been able to dunk seince i was a freshman
yes there are

a standard size basketball rim is 10 feet high so it depends on how high you can jump and how long your arms are
Elementary basketball is the same as high school college and even the NBA, it 10 feet from the floor.
in a high school on a basketball team or in a gym or a home on your basketball goal
If you mean 'how high should a basketball goal be?. It should be 10 feet from the floor to the top of the rim.
yes they can dunk if they have hops really high hops and the would have to stay in the air for a long time
Dunk is the shoe model and high is how high the back goes, like in my opinion Dunk High's look best then "Dunk Low's" then Mids
If your 5' 10 it depends on how long your arm is. Jumping 4 feet like the other person said would allow you to hit your head on the rim. You probably need about two feet to be able to dunk the basketball. I am 5' 6 and I can almost dunk, NO JOKE! What helped me achieve this was an elite basketball program call The Vertical Leap and when following the steps right you can inproving dunking a lot. Or if you just want to know how high you can jump it's probably about 2 1/2 feet or 30 inches which is pretty good if you are dunking.
The top of the hoop is 10 feet above and perpendicular to the floor.
this how you do run up to the net jump shune
