ON MY 92 TRACKER, THERE ARE TWO HOLES IN THE ROTOR THAT YOU PUT 8mm BOLTS INTO. THEN YOU ALTERNATELY TIGHTEN DOWN THE BOLTS AND THE ROTOR IS SLOWLY DRAWN OFF OF THE HUB. BASICALLY THE BOLTS PUSH AGAINST THE HUB AND THE ROTOR IS DRAWN UP THE THREADS OF THE BOLTS AWAY FROM THE HUB. USE A PRY BAR ACROSS/BETWEEN THE LUG STUDS AND HOLD WITH ONE HAND WHILE YOU TURN THE RATCHET ON THE BOLT WITH THE OTHER, SO THE HUB DOES NOT SPIN WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO TIGHTEN THE BOLTS.
bolts are accessed through the holes in the power steering pulley, use a long socket and line up the holes in the pulley with the bolts, spin it around to get all 4 Then the bracket mounts to the front of the engine in 2 places and one below the exhaust manifold. Removing these bolts will be easy once the pump is out of the way.
over-torqueing the bolts with a airgun,loosebolts,wrong bolts or lack of washers, some flexplates came with a ring that went between all the plate bolts and acted as a washer for all the bolts, makes sure the torque converter is not tight against the-plate when trans is bolted to engine,you should be able to spin converter when converter bolt are not in. if you have high horsepower over 400 hp you should buy a heavy duty flex plate to handle the torque, and make sure there are no pins or weld marks or rust on mounting surface of end of crank. also make sure the alignment pins are on each side of engine block,these stop the trans from shifting around
When you get to the steam terminal, click use on the battery. When the battery enlarges, don't spin the bolt yet. Connect the bolts with the numbers on them together depending on if it says *+1 or *-1. the total change is the answer to the connected bolts. when that says negative 5 (-5), you can spin the bolt. if the answer is wrong, the battery's numbers will change.*any number can go here, but it's mostly ones or twos.
Fastener developement is a work in progress. Allen head bolts can be counter sunk into a smaller hole than a hex head bolt. Then can also be spaced closer together. However, Allen head bolts have a tendency to strip so someone invented star ( 6 point and 12 point ) headed bolts. Different size bolts are used because of fit and strength requirements. A cv joint attached to a transmission output flange is an example. The force between the two parts requires a certain amount of steel to hold them together. Engineers use the strength of the bolt ( the grade ) to figure out what cross section of steel is necessary. The size of the bolts they can use by how much room is on the mating area. By taking the sum of the cross sections of each of the bolts they can come up with the correct number of bolts required. The reason it's necessary to torque all the bolts evenly is because one bolt tighter than the rest will take all of the load, and will fail in shear. The threads on a bolt take all the load that is pulling on it. That's an interesting thing to think about. A fine thread bolt therefore has more metal holding it in place. Reverse thread nuts and bolts are sometimes used on things that spin like pulleys and shafts. Spinning direction that tends to tighten a fastener is preferable to one that tends to loosen it for obvious reasons.
The two bolts could have loosened up, or possibly there are two gaskets in there.
you have to take all brakes and rotor off the hub. then you must spin the hub so the access hole is in front of the bolts,and take all 3 bolts off. then you must pull the hub off of the spline.
i have the same problem with that but i noticed that the flick in your front ankle is not only important in spinning the board but also important in bringing your front foot back in order to land the kickflip. maybe that's the problem.
From underneath the car on the passengers side near the front there are 2 bolts with 10 mm heads on a plastic panel about 5 inches square. remove those bolts and you will see a shiny metal disc about 2 inches in diameter with a 3/8 inch square hole. removing this plug will drain the filter then using a large oilfilter wrench I think it is 67 mm you remove the cartridge cover. inside is the oil filter. It is a cartridge only the cover is reused it is not like a normal spin on filter you are used to seeing.
