Roxy snowboards are made by Mervin Mfg, who also makes Lib Tech and Gnu snowboards, and is one of the best snowboard manufacturers in the world. And Burton also makes excellent gear. It comes down to personal preference, budget, and your own riding style and needs. Personally, I prefer Roxy snowboards because I like their technologies more, however I would not buy their bindings, or clothing.
