Unfortunately this is a matter of opinion. But in my opinion Adidas shoes are far more comfortable than Footjoy. I have had 6 pairs of Adidas shoes as my last 6 pairs, this is because they are so comfortable. They have an insole in them called 3D fit foam and it hugs your foot and gives a very soft feel.
You should go to your local Golf shop and try both on and see what you think, it is completely up to yourself.
