Unfortunately, not. I am 12 and have danced Ballet since I was 2, and I dance all the time, but I am still not ready to go on pointe. I will be going on pointe soon, but until then I am working on the strength of my ankles. 2 years dance experience sadly, isn't enough. I was very impatient when I was growing up, wanting to go on pointe, and I nearly gave up ballet. But don't give up ballet just because you aren't ready for pointe shoes, as ballet flats are still as good. If you are really serious about ballet, and you want to go on pointe in the next two/three years, tell your dance teacher that you are keen to push on and explain to her/him that you will work hard to progress. I wish you all the best with your ballet.
dancing helps you by knowing that you know diffrent types of dance. so if your teacher came up to you and said what do you know abought ballet? you could say i know that in ballet you use ballet shoes so that is why danceing helps you.
His favorite subject was ballet dancers, who he painted at dancing school and at performances.
the art of ballet is very in detailed. you must go beyond what you see and what the director sees into seeing the emotions. Through my eyes, each dance has it's own story and emotion. I am a dancer and have been since the age of 2 and from my all my life of dancing after class everyday, i am not only physical tired, but emotionally. Dancing is all about emotions.

2 years of ballet is not enough practice. I have been taking ballet for 9 years and am still not ready. It also depends on your growth plate and how strong your ankles are.
