you have to be at least 13-14 years old to become a kick boxer, and you have to find a gym to train in to stay fit then if their is a martial arts practice in town don't be afraid to join it.

The WKA(world kickboxing association) has a minimum age limit of 16 with parental consent. However there are restrictions.opponent must also be under 18 and the bout must be amateur only.Most other sanctioning bodies only allow fighters 18 and older to compete.
